Contributor Agreement

One last thing. By checking the box below, you agree to the following terms:

Originality: You confirm that your submitted work is original, is your own, has not been created with the help of large language models (LLMs), artificial intelligence (AI), or chatbots, and has not been previously published at the time of submission.

For the purposes of clarity, "created with" refers to any text, imagery, or other content generated wholly or in part by such tools. Certain uses of the tools are permissible in support of your work, but must not be used for the work itself. These include only two forms of acceptable use: 1) Assisting with research, citations, and document summarization, and 2) Assisting with spellcheck, grammar review, and (if applicable) language translation. Any other use of AI tools is strictly prohibited.*
*For contributors with physical disabilities that prevent them from being able to write by hand, digital assistive tools (text to speech, word prediction) can be acceptable use—but must still leverage wholly original work, created organically, and the tool must not be involved in its generation.
Rights and roles: By submitting any content to Soulstice for publication—whether in the form of written articles, essays, interview responses, quotes, images, artworks, videos, or other materials—you grant Soulstice a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to edit, publish, reproduce, distribute, and display that content on the Site, in newsletters, on social media, and in any other medium or format, whether now known or later developed. Soulstice retains full editorial discretion over all contributed content, including the right to edit for clarity, length, tone, and consistency with Soulstice’s editorial standards and worldview. Publication of contributed content does not create an employment, partnership, or agency relationship between Soulstice and the contributor.
Ownership: Contributors retain ownership of their original work, subject to the license granted herein.
